Tasting notes

Flavours of toasted seeds, roasted coffee, cocoa beans and dark chocolate with a hint of creaminess; a deep, full-bodied intense koicha with a long aftertaste, described as suited for 'those seeking characteristic, instead of mild, sweet flavours.'

Full-bodied flavor with pronounced umami and gentle, pleasant bitterness, clean structured finish, feels 'energizing and grounding'; rich green color and fine texture.

Rich, layered umami that unfolds with each sip; elegantly bitter yet harmonized by natural sweetness and a long, clean finish.
