- Brewing Instructions
- Usucha: 1.5-2 g with 70 ml of 80C water, whisk vigorously until frothy - Sazen recommends using a thinner-than-usual preparation to avoid bitterness. Koicha: 3.5-4 g with 30 ml of 80C water, mix gently until creamy. General notes: sift powder before use, consume within one month of opening, warm the bowl beforehand.
