Research notes
Sazen Tea supplies detailed grade/brewing/shelf-life data; Ujichamatcha supplies pricing/sizes but also makes an exclusivity claim that is contradicted by the existence of Sazen Tea's own product page (and several other retailers found in search results, e.g. ShibaMatcha, Cafe Kobe, Five Elements Home, Etsy listings, all selling Seiun).
