It is blended from Saemidori, Saeakari, Kirari, Tsuyuhikari and Okumidori. Bitterness stays low and the color is vibrant, with a nutty aroma that pairs exceptionally well with milk. Bitterness and astringency are gentle and well balanced, and the aroma is strong enough that the matcha character does not disappear once milk is added — which is exactly what a high-quality latte needs.
