Brewing Instructions
Warm chawan bowl with hot water. Add 1.5-2g (1 tsp) matcha. Add 1 oz of 160-175F water and whisk to a paste (koicha). Add another 1.5-2 oz water and whisk with chasen until fully aerated (usucha). Serve.
