Abstract

The presented article provides a comprehensive scientific and practical analysis of the Japanese skin care system, which harmoniously combines centuries-old traditional philosophical concepts and advanced biotechnological developments. The main focus of the research is on the philosophy of preventive care, maintaining cellular homeostasis and taking maximum care of the natural hydrolipid barrier of the epidermis. The paper examines in detail the practical application of the classic multi-stage beauty routine, which includes methods of atraumatic double cleansing, deep hydration and layered application of cosmetic products. Special emphasis is placed on the physico-chemical properties and innovative methods of obtaining active ingredients, among which are biocompatible ceramides, low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, powerful antioxidants from matcha green tea and fermented rice extracts rich in amino acids. Modern high-tech transdermal active substance delivery systems, in particular liposomal emulsions, which ensure the penetration and prolonged release of ingredients in the deep layers of the dermis without structural damage to the stratum corneum, are being studied in detail. This material is of high practical value for dermatologists, cosmetologists, aestheticians and formulation developers who seek to adapt the Japanese experience to create effective programs for long-term recovery and skin rejuvenation.
