- Most concentrated for koicha (thick tea), with suitable uses extending to usucha, latte, and baking based on personal preference

- Heat water to 70°C, combine 70ml water with 2g sifted matcha (2 scoops), whisk briskly ~20 seconds

- Whisk 4g matcha with 40ml water at 70°C, steam 180ml milk, combine
