- This velvety koicha has notes of cashews and cream and is blended from top-grade hand-picked and machine-picked tencha (page rendered as "chashews", corrected reading is likely "cashews"). Undergoes gentle drying and heating over binchotan charcoal, a traditional practice now almost extinct in Japan. The name Mare means "Rarity."
