- Heat water to 70°C, add 70ml water to 2g sifted matcha, whisk briskly for approximately 20 seconds

- Mix 4g matcha with 40ml water at 70°C, add 180ml heated/steamed milk
- Brewing Iced Latte
- Combine 4g matcha with 40ml water at 70°C, pour into ice-filled glass with 180ml milk
