Research notes
IMPORTANT DISCREPANCY: Chikiriya's own official site (kyo-chikiriya.shop) does not list a plain product simply named 'Uji Matcha' -- it lists distinctly-named variants instead: 'Uji Matcha "Jo no mai" - Ceremonial Grade' (20g), 'Uji Matcha With Built-in Sifter' (30g), and 'Uji Matcha for cooking' (150g). The product fetched here, from third-party retailer ujichamatcha.com and titled plainly 'Uji Matcha - Chikiriya Tea House,' most closely matches the brand site's 'Uji Matcha With Built-in Sifter' (30g, built-in strainer) based on size and the strainer feature, but the retailer's page does not disclose grade/tier, cultivar, certifications, brewing instructions, ingredients, harvest timing, awards, or shelf life -- those fields were simply absent from the reachable page.
