Research notes
Notable internal contrast: Excellent Cooking Matcha is shaded and summer-harvested (July) while Basic Cooking Matcha is unshaded and autumn-harvested (October) -- both use Yabukita, consistent with Excellent being positioned as the higher-grade cooking matcha. Not a contradiction, just a distinguishing detail worth capturing.
