Brewing Instructions

Place 1/2 tsp (approx. 2 bamboo scoops, ~1g) of matcha in a matcha bowl; wet with 15ml water at 70C/160F, knead until a smooth paste forms; add remaining 70ml water and mix until consistent; roll the liquid around the palate to appreciate the full flavor anatomy
