Tasting Notes
A very delicate, mellow matcha flavor with no astringency. Fragrant and has a nice green color. For lattes, the green tea flavor doesn't come out very strongly because of this delicacy, but it provides a beautiful green color.
Brewing Instructions
{ "matcha_amount": "1.5–2 g (approx. 1/2 tsp or 2 chashaku)", "water_volume": "70 ml", "water_temp": "80°C", "method": "Whisk vigorously until frothy" }
Usage Note
Recommended for those who are beginners at ceremonial matcha; it is very tolerant of different water temperatures or different preparation ratios. After opening the matcha packaging, consume all the tea within one month for the best experience.
